Lit virgin seeking help

Hi Ya'll

I'm was reading a series of stories about a guy who had put in a swimming pool in his back yard, and 3 different neighbor ladies had taken turns bringing their kids over and repaying him with sexual favors. It was 6-8 chapters in length and I was not finished with it just yet.
For the life of me I can't recall the name of the series or who the author is......but I am pretty sure it was under erotic couplings......can anyone help...
