Is there a good way to view this forum on mobile devices?

Using my Androids web browser is a bit clunky. Are there settings for mobile viewing? Is there an app?

Well, you can switch the skin
CP -> Edit Options -> Forum Skin (near the bottom)
There's one (claiming to be) suitable for mobile devices.

i downloaded the dolphin web browser on my android and browsing most web pages on it is fine, i think it runs off of some kind of safari software.

I have no problems at all using my Android to view..sometimes it is faster than a PC or tablet.
There is an app for reading the stories, but I just use my browser to access forums.

The Android app works just fine for reading stories. Can't use it for accessing this forum, but the stories render great on it.
