That reminds me of the time the toilet overflowed, and I freaked out and leaped on top of the toilet seat, watching the water seep through the floorboards down to the first floor....

I think one of the greatest things I remember is from the one apartment I lived at within the first year/year and a half of me being out here. We didn't exactly live on a side street...we pretty much lived on the main thoroughfare of the town, and the kids were running up and down five floors to take turns dumping buckets of cold water on each other in the middle of summer.

Top floor + cold water + slightly bad aim = wet pedestrians.
