Dixon Carter Lee said he was leaving, and did.

Freakygurl did, too.

The How To Cafe had people up in arms for a day or two, before 90% of Litsters forgot it was there.

Redwave and PP Man, R.I.P.

Manu decided that Valentine's Day weekend was the perfect time to change over the board software.

There was, of course, an Intrigued drama. There always is.

The Killswitch/Blacksnake affair was the year's first big flamefest.

The Brinnie Wars and the Rise and Fall of Brinnierotica. Flaming, spamming, alt sharing, giant siglines, skulking off to start a new board, a smorgasbord of Lit drama.

There was an invasion of werekitties.

Wanton Witch made over 60,000 posts and finally pushed Cheyenne out of the Top Ten list.

The foreign language forums opened.

Dolf and Luxey spent the year flirting with each other, to the delight of many.

LeahLo smoked a lot of pot.

Scotty changed his name, as he does every year.

And then there was Doll Parts...

We had a bumper crop of interesting newbies: Equinoxe, Bronzeage, Bisexplicit, Morewickedfun, Metrodance, Lady Funkenstein, -Phreak, StonedFox, Raimondin, Jedi Princess, JenStar, Recidiva.Lizaveta, to name a few.

And on the other hand, there were Matthew Craig and Nipples McGee.

ElizaFairy was the new Yayati.

No one knew the name of the story someone was searching for, or what to do when someone got kicked out of Lit Chat.

And apparently, there was a lot of cock blocking.

And it really hurt my vote count in the biggest drama of 05' competition too. Should take a Q from hollywood and not release my "Epic Adventures" too early in the season.

I didn't get mentioned because I didn't offer to bind my breasts for you this year, didn't I???

Nice recap, actually.

365 days and this is all it amounted to? On to the next 365!

LOL.... You have a good memory Q. I'm surprised at people's memories here sometimes. Another year has come and gone.

welcome to Lit.....nothing really happens here.....

You forgot the cock size debate.... course that goes on 365 days a year, year in and out... in and out... in and out ... in and out.....

What are we talking about again?

WOW - I missed pretty much all that... thanks for filling me in. Great memory you have too.

I think the werekitties were a late 2004 phenomenon. Of course, there's a timelessness about them.

I note again that the vast majority of the good newbies on the GB are female. It's a development I applaud.

Ain't that the truth! Some disenchanted evening! But, hey, I finally got a welcome to Lit!! :D

I grudgingly think that Gringao deserves a mention. He joined 12/29/04.
