List of theme contests

What are the "theme" contests that are run every year? I know of Earth Day, Valentines Day and Haloween but what other ones are there. Yes, I know that contests might not be the same every year but I'm looking for and 80% answer.

Reason: It takes me a long time to write a story, longer than the amount of lead time from the announcement of the contests. I want to get writing now so that I will have stories ready when needed.
