But the step-relation dodge to get around the politics is indeed annoying. I’m okay with the play acting. But as long as it’s play acting, why not play act biological mother and son? Oddily, there has been some breakthrough on the lesbian incest side in recent years, most notably by filly films. And people like Rachel Steele, Brianna Beach, and Margo Sullivan have found a niche.
But I would like to see a mother son series in a big time format like the mother daughter exchange club, ie video installments with four scenes a piece. My idea per installment is two mother son scenes, a mother daughter scene and a threeeome-or-more group scene. And the actresses and actors are play acting biological mothers and sons. I’d love to be the casting director for that project just to find mature looking, but still attractive actresses to play “mom!”

IMO, Rachel has the right look, but not the acting chops. Jodie West is good. One of the best out there is Mrs. Mischief. A lot of her stuff that gets labeled "step" never mentions the word at all. While she looks a little on the young side, and I'd much prefer non-POV, Lady Fyre definitely crosses the step line frequently.

I think "Taboo series" played an important role in most of our lives. Maybe, life would have been different if that Taboo series wasn't made at all.

Kirdy Stevens was inspired to make Taboo when he saw the 1979 TV movie Flesh And Blood, in which Suzanne Pleshette and Tom Berenger play a mother and son in a sexual relationship. The TV movie was based on the Pete Hamill novel of the same name. Maybe it was because of the sexual revolution influence in the 1970s, but mother/son incest was explored on a few occasions even in mainstream movies, and even on TV.

I remember the Flesh and Blood movie. I was 14 at the time and I couldn't believe that was on television! Hell, there's no way they'd play that on broadcast TV today.
