Yahoo group calling itself  Literotica
You'll need a membership to check, but it's free and simple to get.

That pseudo-literotica is bizarre!

Their aim is to get all of the erotic stories on the web into a single list to make it 'easy' for erotica fans to get at. They have 200 or so stories so far, in over six months of existence. Erm... well the real literotica has over 21,000 stories so far. So how long is it going to take the fake one to catch up? Plot a course for the year 3000a.d., Mr Sulu, warp nine.

Hey... I have an idea... let's go and start our own search engine site. We could call it... I don't know... Yahoo!

It'll be a bit crap because it won't be able to search the internet or anything, but we'll actually own Yahoo! and we'll be really successful human beings!

Nice idea, but isn't Yahoo! hurting for money, right now? They have started charging for a lot of things that used to be free.

I'm going to check out this suedo Literotica, to see what is there. Are they really all stolen from here?
Now THAT isn't a nice idea.

Well Yahoo isn't charging yet but if they do their limits will keep these people from posting too much...
Besides Yahoo doesn't let on that these sort of clubs exist anyway they sweep them under the rug so to speak...

Has Laurel done anything about this Yahoo E-group stealing her name? Or does she intend to?

Don't know. Last I heard KillerMuffin was going to say something to her, I think.

And, I know you weren't asking me to reply, but probably KM, but I need my posts to add up, so I am likely to be posting to anything. Thank God, I am no longer a virgin. That was a bit strange, to say the least. Finally I am experienced now. Being a virgin twice in one lifetime is really weird.

Something tells me you aren't talking to me?

Literotica definetion or as best as i can there is no such word but
Lit being short for literature

noun 1. study English literature written works, writings, printed works, published works, letters, belles-lettres. 2. receive literature about the course printed matter, brochure, leaflet, pamphlet, circular, information, data, facts; inf. bumf.

and Erotica

erotic adjective titillating, sexually stimulating, sexually exciting/arousing, erogenous, aphrodisiac, seductive, sensual, carnal, amatory, salacious, suggestive, pornographic; inf. sexy, steamy.

my point is Yahoo is a bum organisation that has now very few original ideas it has to resort to stealing others
just an opinion

I'm not defending Yahoo, but you have to remember, just because they named it Literotica doesn't mean they stole it. People get the same ideas all the time. A good example of this is when I try to think up a new handle for some online group or a new mailbox and I find that like 82 other people had the same idea for a name as I did and I have to be JitterbugMama83, or whatever.

Whispersecret

I do agree with you about the ideas then having a diferent slant on the same idea
but hell there has to be some origonality
