Linking to a poll

I'm trying to get my readers opinion. I've already put a free tier poll on patreon. My problem is that I know that the admins will reject a story if I put a link to patreon asking my readers to answer the survey.
So what would be the best way to share the survey (or a duplicate survey to my readers on literotica?
P.S I hope this is the right sub for this question.

You might do better to ask in the Author’s Hangout forum, although sometimes authors do read and respond to threads here.

I am not involved with the story side, but I believe authors with published works at Lit are allowed to share links to content like Amazon pages and Patreon links on their profile and in their signature blocks. I don’t think it can go in your story, but readers might see it in your profile or signature.
