I live in the Apple-verse, so I'm biased, but I did that because I consider Google/Alphabet at the top of the list of evil-doers. (Okay, Musk has probably passed them.) Somewhere in their early years they lost the middle word from their original corporate motto (Do No Evil). I avoid MS because their stuff is mostly crapware and they've had some notably bad moral decisions, but I still put them as angels compared to Google.

We would probably have to get into specific reasons to really get anywhere in this discussion. Unfortunately, since I have some insider info about MS, Meta/FB and Alphabet/Google, my ranking is therefore partially based on that, and so I wouldn’t be able to contribute much beyond “trust me bro”

I don't have any inside info on FB, but I do have on the other two (MS, Google) plus apple. I'm quite comfortable in my position. My perception of FB certainly rivals Alphabet/Google, I'll grant you.
