Limeys whine about how Obama treats BP

Well, I'm told that 30% of the shares are in the hands of US investors. I'm sure that the US investor may have something to say.

A significant number of mutual funds, pension funds, 401K's and IRA's in the US hold shares in companies worldwide. Diversification is key to protecting the values of these investment plans. I'm sure there's some BP stock in there somewhere. ;)

This BP bashing does no good and in fact is counter productive...no foreign oil company will be interested in drilling for oil here now that they see BP being raked over the coals for an unforeseen accident.

Since the Envirowhackos won't allow drilling in Alaska...or allow any new refineries to be built...the US is going to become more dependent on oil from the Middle East than ever. Now with this idiotic moratorium on any further off shore drilling, thousands of people will lose their jobs around the country and especially on the Gulf Coast.

Run in circles, scream and shout is not an effective response to an accident of this magnitude; but that's how Washington's playing it. Morons.

Shit for brains you havent seen the mess washing ashore near Pensacola.

The whole shebang is no accident, its at least culpable negligence by BP. And its too damned bad that lotsa folks are gonna suffer for it. But they rolled the dice, with a wink & a nod, didnt they?

When this colossal cluster-fuck affects your income, you'll get your mind right about what to do.

So BP is really a multinational, wow. Yep you proved it Trysail my man.

But the cultural heritage of their business practice is "City of London style," tight reign on the expenses and whine to Parliament when the Wogs effect your profits.

Talk about the Anglo-American relationship, They think they are Goldman Sacks!

True. But I'd throw in the MMS there too, who aowed them to be so negligent. I've seen some of the BP stuff that they rubberstamped. Safety assurances and recovery plans that wouldn't hold up to five minutes of scrutiny. Which either tells me they were culpably negligent too or, as been reported, delightfully corrupt.

You know how it is; the CEO of BP'S wallet is so fucking heavy he'd drown if he fell into a mud puddle, but he'll spend billions to make one more Penny.
