I assume you mean ASMR.
I mean...its not...the opposite or anything.
ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response, which is like that feeling you get when you hear a certain song or see something so pleasing and relaxing and the hairs on your head and then neck stand up and you get a slight tingle down your spine. Its kinda soothes your soul in a way?
Anyway, there are videos designed to try to force that feeling.
You need headphones for it, just using regular speakers DO NOT WORK
Now, I prefer cans as opposed to earbuds for it, because it helps me relax more, and makes me think its more...real.
Theres tons and tons of "themes" for these videos. Some of them are just weird sound effects, some are people whispering, tapping on various things...some that are more successful at it use much better speakers and mics, that lool like this as an example!

One of the things I like is whispering into ears, blowing softly in the ears...
Some do fake doctor visits and pretend to clean out your ears which can be relaxing.
With the cans it feels like the artist is standing right next to you/behind you etc and using a tool to clean your ears/whisper into them etc.

From Air Traffic Controller point of view the tolerated fatal cases rate is less than 1 per 100 year that means there are more redundancy and more tools and solutions that try to prevent a collision.

For the UK I enjoy Lion Bars and some of the orange or mint Aero bars and well...most of their candy is better because Hershey's sucks compared to Cadbury chococlate etc

how long were you at LAX and when?

Overnight around the beginning of July 2022.
I originally flew back to my home town in Virginia for a high school reunion. (30th)
There was a layover in Chicago where they took my luggage off, but didn't put it back on since it was an overnight layover.
So I ended up with nothing more than my carry-ons.
On the flight back, I kept better track of the replacement suitcase I bought and stayed overnight at LAX.
I was not and still am not an expert in flying, but I do pay better attention to ensuring the layovers are small....and I don't fly American anymore.

Only a few flights with bad delays or something unusual...
...a woman fainted into my lap as she was trying to get to the bathroom during landing
...a guy talking on his phone during taxing for takeoff so we had to go back for a safety screening..he was eratic
