I'm trying to not be nervous about the Jays' pen ahead of their trip to Yankee Stadium this weekend.

make sure you keep those turkey burgers moist...they tend to dry out easily!
sounds lovely thouh, have fun!

They were great. I use the George Foreman Grill, keeps them moist.
Very delicious.

do you not have a "regular" grill...larger...that is run either on charcoal, wood chips, or natural gas etc? weber, traeger...etc?

Not presently, sadly. So its that or the pan, but i find frying them makes them go dryer faster.

Never bored....well you know I am working from 11pm til 7am. Not much time for here currently. I'm looking forward to the 19th, where I'll be heading back to days.

ribs are pretty easy. Heygrillhey is my go to for recipes, they have some pretty tasty stuff on there

Crazy work week. Monday holiday four day week, and everyone still expects the same amount of work to get done. If a holiday falls on a friday it doesn't seem that way but with the monday ones it does. Monday holidays feel like a late start.

I have a 6 burner propane bbq, a charcoal bbq, because it tastes better, and a smoker. I couldn't live without all 3 of them. I built bases for the propane bbq and the smoker out of pressure treated lumber with industrial castor's on the bottom to transport. Last Sunday, transported the propane bbq and smoker to my daughter's in my trunk and cooked 7 racks of pork back ribs and 16 Italian sausages for family. I need all them

For those of you wondering Tocino is a marinate Filipinos use for meat on a stick.
