Hello all,

Mine name is Trav.Lady Elvira. I like to write fantasy bdsm stories an post them here. I havent post them jet but love to do so.
I want to know If it is possible if I use names from persons who are played in tv sreis and films. Like the Charmed ones names Phoeby, Page and Piper. I wright the story about them mine self.
I only want to use the names and the fact that they are witches in the serie.

In answer to your question, yes, you can use the names but there's a good chance that the site owners will post your story to the 'Celebrities' category when you submit it. That's certainly what happened to a friend of mine when he posted a story about Batman and Robin.

I would imagine it's got something to do with the site owners covering themselves regarding copyright infringement.

But don't let it put you off. If you really don't fancy the idea of your story ending up in 'Celebrities', you could always write the story using the names of the people in Charmed and then change the names before you submit.

Perhaps changing the spelling wouldn't cause the red flag to be sent up. Pyper, Paige, and, well, Phoebe's already oddly spelled.
