Hello Everyone~

For those of you who are part of my merry band of faithful readers, chapter 10 is now available for your delectation. It answers or starts to answer one of the burning questions you have had, but not completely. So, you might look askance at me for this, but it continues beyond this chapter.

In many ways, it will be hard to say goodbye to some of these characters, at least for me. And some of the directions this story has taken were beyond the original vision and scope I had, but its been a delightful journey. Hopefully you feel that way too as you introduce yourselves to them. With the exception of one particularly evil character, I would be friends with all of them and certainly wouldn't kick a few of them out of my bed. LOL Too bad they only exist in my head.

You vixen!!!!! You've done it, yet again!! Here I am frothed and lain waste by the sultry heat of passions meshed before me in black and white. Then you stop it just as it begins to ram out a tempo of expected drooling. Envious, desirous, eager for the climactic end, I read on and on, only to find it stops before the desired end. And now, you expect me to wait for the next chapter. Or is it the chapter after that you will finally deside to finish this little escapade between Nadia and Luka? Grrrrrrrrrrrrr..........

And I loved it, Marie! This was an exciting chapter. In more ways than one. hehehe

Awww.....I love you too, Ri. Not a day goes by that I don't think about you. And I too appreciated the scene between Luka and Stephanos. I was actually hoping for a little hanky panky there. But...As fate would have it...No dice... I really did enjoy the way you described the light thingy. That was mesmerising to me. And everything else that was in this chapter, I just soaked it up like a parched sponge. But you left me so frustrated with the love scene cutting off like that, I will just have to do something about this, now. Shame on you.....

Yeah, that light thingy was very cool to write about. There's just such a mix of human emotion and pathos threaded throughout this story, a mishmash of beliefs and vampire lore, some accepted practices of medicine in the time I wrote this in and granted you have to suspend belief for some of it, but overall it achieved its effect. And the comical scene between Kolya and Aleksandr.....ooooohhhh that was fun. You go Aleksandr! LOL

And for the love scene..I was being a bit tantilizing by not revealing everything...
