I would love to write/read some sexy superhero stories, mostly with the DC characters. It would be fun to post here and other sites but I would also like to put them up on the kindle store with some of my other recent erotica.

Aside from any legal worries (Are we even allowed to do this, can we change the names by one letter, does it count as parody, can you sell it? Can you put a picture that you commissioned on the cover of the story?)

What kind of super hero stories would you like to see/write

Superman/Supergirl Cousin fuckin' Last two members of their race and there cousins, it writes itself

Wonderwoman bringing men to the amazon island

Green lantern getting some hot alien poon

A lot of fun with the Titans
Beastboy giving himself a horse cock for Terra
Starfire helping Raven awaken her sexuality

I love Ms.Martian and Zattanna so Id love to think of something for them

The Robins (Tim, Jason, Dick) "Initiating" Stephenie

Forgot Marvel for a minute-

Blackcat is liquid sex so I'm sure we can find something for her

The hulks would be fun to play with, I've actually seen them paired up in a few elseworlds, yes they are cousins, yes it is played for ick factor

Love the X-men girls

You would need to tread carefully with these. Marvel and DC don't have retired superheroes besides Aquaman maybe and in a way Captain America. Dead is retired but then he's in the movies so not retired.

Anyway what I mean is if you copy a character verbatim and then change the name it's entirely possible you are not parodying the superhero but instead breaking the copywrite. Granted if it is posted to the celebrity section here they may not care since you don't make any money. Trying to sell the story however and they likely will drop on you with a thousand lawyers.

Better to take the superhero's you like and alter them to make it your own and neither can do anything. May not be happy with you but they can't do anything. You have to make sure it is different though, Hulk being red instead of green and called Bulk will probably draw lawsuits. I mean we are talking changing a tiny little thing and otherwise the same character that's copywrite infringement.

Especially if it is an erotic story, comics are really sensitive about that stuff. They are nominally for kids, so a story about an almost Hulk clown appearing and getting laid is going to get them scrambling to the courts. There are adult comics, they are not exactly underground and hard to find, but the people who do those don't do regular comics and vice versa for the most part.

I remember one of the artists from DC branched into adult comics. Fairly sure it was after he left DC and started up his own company, or maybe he left DC after branching. Wasn't recent and I didn't pay that much attention.

This is called fanfiction, guys, there is lots of adult fanfiction written all the time, you're just looking in the wrong archive.

lol I know that the proper term this would fall under probably would be classified as fanfction. But I'm looking more towards a porn parody feeling.

Like what that one company does

"This is not...Superman Fucking his Cousin Supergirl"

Also, ive been positing my work to the kindle store lately. I'm wondering if you can sell this stuff?

1) If you do take a character and change it, there are several versions to the hulk, Including Red Hulk, Grey Hulk. So make sure they dont exist before you write them.

2) Comics made for kids, Really? I mean it, Really? Comics are expensive, there aren't too many kids that could really afford them. Most people that read them are actually more older people.

As for the content in comics, there are various lines found such as;

Hulk saying to Betty ; "BETTY!! HULK IS HORNY AS HELL!"

Wolverine to She-hulk ; "Sorry, I'm not interested in Juggernauts sloppy seconds."

So, I wouldn't say that comics don't have an adult, even sexual nature about them. Maybe not as far as turning them into erotic books, so a story about hulk getting laid, wont really matter, because hulks gotten laid a lot in real comics, you just dont see the graphical side of it.

You can write about whatever super hero you want. Parody licenses are rather absurd here but I feel confident saying there wouldn't be several Batman pornos and at least one Spiderman and one Justice League if DC and Marvel either cared or had the ability to stop you even from making money off Batgirl sucking off the Joker.

It sounds like you have several ideas already. Pick one and rock it.

Not sure about that you can write on superheroes from DC, i tried a batgirl/Catwoman/ womanbdsm with batgril as the Dom and it was blocked

Because Celeberty can't be written in this maneer was the excuse

If you got rejected it's probably because you suck and suck hard. I have a story where Batgirl is essentially raped at gun point.

That is constructive, but FYI I have several stories posted and several people listing me as a favorite author

This is the exact reaon which i agree makes no sense: We do not publish non-consent stories involving real-life people or copyrighted characters.

Have a look at the original Wonder Woman stuff some time.

William Marston (creator of WW) was a psychologist who believed the world would be a happier, more peaceful place when men lived in sexual submission to women, and the bondage themes in the early strips are quite overt. I doubt you'd be able to sell it as a kids' comic today.

(Marston also lived in a poly relationship with two women; he died quite young, and Elisabeth and Olive raised the kids and stayed together until death did them part. Interesting people, especially Elisabeth.)

Clearly they do, I just posted three examples proving this statement to be wrong.
