Both are very stimulating, but very different in how you get there. Oral is much more intimate and sensual and a slower build. Vibe is more intense can get me there almost too fast at times. But if I want that quick ‘fix’ that works. Overall I prefer oral. Combined with touching. I’ve seen the toy that mimics the tongue, but to me I’m not sure it would be anything close to the real thing. Could be wrong.

I have ones that lick and vibrate but my favourite is the clit sucker. It vibrates and uses air to stimulate. It's literally the BEST toy. I'm more than a little addicted to it hahah. It has 5 levels and gives me the best release of any toy I've used.
