Now quite honestly, one would have to ask, "If she was trying to get into his car, wouldn't he try to shoot to wound, as opposed to shoot to kill ?

Even if he drove a $100,000 car, aiming to kill someone for an act like this is very highly suspect in my book.

South Africa is another country, of a tiny number, that allows it's residents to bare arms.

Despite our red, white and blue, Yankee Doodle heritage, guns have no place in a civilized society, or one trying to be as in the case of our country.

Jerry, more than a "tiny number" of countries allow gun ownership. In fact, in all but a "tiny number" of countries private gun ownership is allowed, though, it may be restricted to varying degress (as it also is in the US and South Africa).
