Provincetown is the most liberal place I have ever encountered. Diversity could well be defined here and I'd bet my ass there aren't more than a handfull of conservatives, in the whole town. Hell, the pastor at the "Catholic" Church is a lesbian, and while the Vatican may not recognise it, the town does.
But driving by the Bas Relief monument, which commemorates the signing of the Mayflower Compact (for anyone who doesn't know, the Pilgrims didn't actually land in Plymouth, but in P-town) and this is what I saw.
I don't know why I felt like sharing it, but I did.
