Libelous sex?

There are two stories in a new series called "Dream Invaders" - both are some kind of fantasy sex with famous women.

The stories are very hot lesbian and masturbation scenes. Maybe the people named in them would not like being described liked this.

The author, or someone, put a disclaimer saying the famous people have nothing to do with the stories. But even so, isn't it libelous to write such things about people and use their names?

Interesting question, I've been sort of wondering something similar myself. Perhaps one of our law wranglers might know... You may wish to try posting this on the General Board, it seems to have more views by the lawyers.

I don't think there is a problem. Penthouse Forum magazineruns a celebrity fantasy story monthly, and they get away with it. If they can do it, I don't see why we can't.

Want the pix?

Interesting thots, folks and intelligent replies. I CAN answer the question - it's legal, thanks to the famous "Times vs. Sullivan" case that established libel standards for stories involving public figures .

The disclaimer probably wasn't necessary, but I wanted to make darn good and sure no one thought there was malicious intent in writing about the people.

Now, here's a question for all of you:

Kimmy is a real person, and today she had photos shot to go with the stories in this series - ultimately, 10. I know what the poses were, and they are hot. Believe it not, tho, she is VERY shy. I'm not sure she will send them to us. Wanna see the pix?

If so, PLEASE send me an e-mail and I will forward them to her. Since she's only about as big as Tinker Bell, maybe some electronic clapping will persuade her to share her fairy-like (well-built fairy-like) form with us!
