I'm looking for a story I read a few months ago (around April Fools Day). It was probably in Non-erotic or Loving Wives
During a group vacation with several other couples, the MC's significant other (I can't recall if it was his wife or girlfriend) switches out his bathing suit with a gag replacement that dissolves in water. Everyone including the wife/GF laugh when the MC gets out of the water and makes a nude dash for the changing room to retrieve his street clothes.
The MC feels like he was deliberately humiliated rather than the target of a light-hearted prank as the SO intended, so as soon as he's dressed, he takes off and starts the process of divorcing/breaking up with the SO and throwing her out of their shared residence.
