LFAS - Not sure what category about misunderstood HS Senior

All I can remember about the story was he is standing at his locker and a football player (I believe) take a swing at him, misses, and hits the locker instead. His hand is broken. He is called into the principals office the next day with his parents (one step I think) and the other boys parents. The ALL blame him for starting the fight (which he didn't). Several teachers also said he started it (because the other boy was their star player). When videos prove differently, the just suspend the other boy for a few days and no one apologizes. If I remember right, after graduation he leaves for the military.

Yesterday I read the story, "High Class Photographs" posted by LoveofmyLife75 (01/12/2023), and found that it is almost word for word the same as the story "Photographs" posted by MongoParklll on 05/14/2007. Does anyone know if this is the same author, or is this blatant plagiarism?

I just checked, and yes, it's a blatant ripoff. Only thing loveofmyLife75 added were typos and weird grammar. Since this "author" has comments deactivated, I went ahead and reported it for possible Copyright Infringement. Though I'm not sure how serious Lit takes that, since they almost hide that "Report"-button.
