It was a scene in a story that I read but forgot to save. From what I can fuzzily recall, the woman in the story receives a package from her online lover/master(?) with several items for their remote/webcam sessions, one of which is an envelope that she is instructed to place on a table in front of her while preparing for their session.
Later in the scene, she is blindfolded and is told that she will only be allowed to cum if she opens up the envelope and signs the paper inside which, she is told is (if i recall) some form of slavery contract. Of course after a bit more teasing/edging she signs the paper. At the end of the encounter she takes off her blindfold and sees that it was a just blank piece of paper that she had scrawled her name onto.
While I'm shaky on some of the details of the story the key element I'm looking for is the signing of the "contract" that turned out to just be a blank piece of paper.
