Granted, I'm on the periphery of the GLBT community but I just heard a reference to hot pockets? While I have this yummy mental image, would someone tell me what it means?

I know of two uses for 'hot pockets.'

The first was pretty rare, and was a winter comment, generally when you got two people doing something outside in the freezing cold. When you got one doing it and the other standing there with their hands in their pockets, the doer would turn to the other and ask if they have hot pockets, when told no they then say well then get your hands out of your pockets and help me so we can get back inside faster.

Like I said, rare comment.

Other one is rather sexual in nature, generally talking about a guy. Most people know of it as pocket action and so forth. there are rather two uses of hot pockets in this manner. The first is a guy playing with himself, it started out with a saying of hot pocket action and got shortened.

The second is someone else putting their hands in his pocket and playing. Usually it would be something like 'Are your hands cold? Why not stick them in my pocket and play with the hot thing in there.' Though some would instead say 'Why not stick your hand in my hot pocket and get it hotter.'

Hmm, Urban Dictionary has this definition:

A vindictive procedure where a man wearing a condom uses a linement such as Icy Hot or Ben Gay-type heating rub as a condom lubricant (applied only to the exterior or the condom) to give a sexual partner (usually a woman) a nasty, painful suprise.
