Let's get Down and Dirty

Houston, dig four feet down and you strike water.

Where I grew up, Chicago, you could dig all day before you ran into any clay. And it was brown clay. Not that nasty red stuff the kids got into down in Atlanta. Denver was rocky, lot's of goats.

Colorado Springs was probably the most beautiful place I ever lived. The purple mountains at sunrise are magnificent. And in the summer you could set you watch by the daily 4 o'clock rain that lasted all of ten minutes. :cattail:

Korea, didn't do much digging there the country side was full of rice patties and benjos (canals that are the sewer system, open to the air ). Hot, hot, HOT in the summer and cold, cold in the winter.
