The crime rate may go down

This turns loose the power of the market. Drugs will get cheaper without the police presence, so thieves will have to steal less.

Dealers won't have to pay off the cops.

And children will be able to play with their toy guns without being shot.

Where is the down side of this for the black and liberal community?

I hope my state follows suit.
