The greater age difference may be included, but it's not a crucial part of the story, so it doesn't need to be included.
The presence of urin or description of ejaculation is not needed nor wanted in a romance.
Graphic details of each body part is also not needed in a romance story, however it is sometimes done in a non perverted manner without "dirty" nick names ("throbbing tits" turns to "heaving breasts").
