I think this would be difficult to make a believable story.

First time lesbian sex... fine no problem with this but involving bondage and spanking would be a bit far fetched. I think most people of both sexes when induging there first same sex encounter would not involve bondage and spanking, would just come across a wierd.

Could work if it was in a non-consent catagory, ie. where the first timer is already tied up by, husband, boyfriend and then another woman is brought in and has her way with her.
