Lesbian romantic story, one bullied the other in high school

Hi, sorry for the vague description, but I'm struggling to find a story. It features a girl who was a cheerleader, who picked on a (nerdy, artistic) girl consistently during high school. A few years down the line she goes to work for her victim and it emerges that the victim had a crush on the bully (did a sketch of her at one point), and they slowly overcome their awkward history as they fall in love. There was a follow up story of them going to a costume party, but I've not been able to find it in the searches by tags etc. I reckon it was in the last 3 years that it was posted.

I remember it was fairly long and involved, but can't remember if it was a single story, or one with a number of chapters
