An idea that appeals to me very much ... although it is quite silly and unrealistic ...

I am thinking of an all-girl's school, where the teachers are all female. When starting their jobs, the teachers are told that sex between them and the students is a no-go. But as the temptation is there all the time, it is highly recommended that the teachers masturbate quite frequently and openly.
When being interviewed for the job, they are questioned about their masturbation habits, and the applicant has bad chances to get hired if she does not confess to become highly aroused about this topic ...

As always, you can ask, why don't they just have sex? Well, they can ... but the focus of my fantasies is on masturbation. I already said, it is a silly idea.

But still, I'd really like to think about the story idea. Or might this be able to becom the basics of an RPG?

I thought it was just me who thought about stuff like this.

I had an idea for a story, never wrote it, about a young woman sent away to school for the first time. Never been away from home before. Over eighteen, naturally. First night in the dorm, wherever, she hears other girls giggling. Someone has a flashlight. Turns out every night they all take it in turns to masturbate in the spotlight while the others watch.

Kind of silly, I know, but I liked the idea of the new girl being shocked, embarrassed, then obliged to take her turn.

A woman once told me that when she went to college (late 60's - early 70's) at a school in California, which one I do not remember, she took a course on human sexuality. In the class, all participants were required to look at their own genitals thoroughly in a mirror, but a few took advantage of an extra credit opportunity that involved masturbation to climax in front of the entire class so that all could observe the physiological happenings of the event.

I don't know if this sort of set up does it for you, but it was realistic enough that I believed her. (Though I am admittedly gullible.)
