Lemons and bad days...

I had the worst day today. :(

Well ,You didn t expound in what ways ,yours was a bad day,but maybe its all up hill for a while for you.
B complex 100 and a one a day multivitamin help the stress that bad days put on you,loads.Get 3 squares a day,extra rest.Hopefully there are your favorite things,like in the song by Julie andrews , in the sound of music.

Maybe tape or dvr your favorite programs;some little indulgence you like ,like a batch of cookies.I made a sweet potatoe pie yesterday,as a special treat instead of cookies.Eat 4 oz of walnuts.or pecans will raise seratonin levels in 24 hrs.as willsweet potatoes raising dopamine levels in 24 hrs,both major neurotransmittors to raise spirits.

Then theres Whey protein powder,with lots of lovely amino acids that treat brain fatigue & burnout/exhaustion,mix a scoop in cooled coffee or tea...aprox 17 bucks at big box stores in pharmacy/vitqamin section,where you get the one a day and B complex 100...

I have cats...Its starting to cool down for fall,after the hot summer.Cool nights,warming up in the daytime,ideal weather for the next couple of months.Maybe some new Jeans and tops?

My uncle took me to a redwings game once,over at olympia stadium,kind of a cliff ,the seating was.He was a season ticket holder kind of guy,mailman type,on my ma s side,passed on now.Lived up in Warren,married to a Polish widow who had a couple kids previously.

You can count on the Red wings to be up in the top of the hockey league,even tho the Tigers and Lions or pistons aren t doing much in the season...

Favorite radio stations,I listen to classic rock,60s,70s,channel 959 & 953 satellite off my dish subscription,with a cinemax premium instead of going out to theaters.I walk every day,doing laps in my backyard.

The AARP says it cuts depression by 40%,& you don t get stress injuries ,like with running,or jogging.I just have good 10 dollar inserts in my boots...Lots of side benefits from walking.

Get hobbies,learn to sew,get sewing machine...or whatever you like.Cultivate a music collection,dvds,use search engine for book clubs to join or music clubs,theres a add sometimes in TV guide...Ever biked as a kid,maybe get a mtn bike at big box store,apx 100 bucks....skates,backpack instead of purse...Go to comm college...Its that time again...Use search engine for dating sites that suit your tastes...

I read your profile; pinksofa.com is a all female site with a chat place... damron.com has a 20 buck book that has all the womens watering holes listed in it called the damron womens traveller s guide,lists apx 8400 places across n america...PM me if you want to...Your post caught my eye,as I had just posted last week about if life gives you lemons,do 4 leaf clovers for charity,as Ive done that...
