Best known for having the top seed in the AFC four separate times in his career (and the home field advantage that comes with it) and never once getting to the Super Bowl.

As a SAN DIEGO chargers fan, I'm right there with you...
That said though, he was a hell of a coach with a hell of a record and no one deserves to go out due to Alzheimers.
