They are, as Vette will never admit the Constitution doesn't grant rights they are given via magic. (Not that I really agree with that part but it doesn't matter for these purposes if it's government or magic) so illegals do have most of the rights in the Constitution.

We need to fix the 14th Amendment with congressional regulation, as the Amendment gives Congress the power to do.

Agreed. The 14th was never intended to function how it has been functioning recently.

To be precise the 14th gives no right to illegals at all, but liberals on the bench use it as their go to amendment to permit anything they can't get from the congress or the ballot box.

No, the fourteenth primarily grants citizenship to their children.

Being human gives rights to illegals under the Constitution as written. No need to get anything from Congress, at least not if you believe the document should be used as written instead of interpreted by the living.
