I am attempting to share a few of my sexual assault stories from when I was a child with a friend over the internet. It would be quite descriptive. I want to share an erotic experience I had when I was older, but I want to provide my history of being sexually abused to understand how I felt in the erotic situation that occurred when I was older. Is it illegal to describe my sexual assault survivor stories with extensive details? Is it illegal to email my story?, My assaults occurred when I was a minor, this is why I am asking. I live in WA

It would be banned from Literotica, but that is the site owners' policy, not the law.

You would be much safer sending it as a printed version by snail mail, not over the internet because once it is on line, even if you think it is secure, it isn't.

The law would vary from state to state but I don't think you should be affected - but the embarrassent and damage to you if it was circulated could become very awkward.

My advice is simple - keep it off any electronic media, including the cloud when typing it.

hey ...

your story is your own...
there are no legal limitations or restrictions so long as the person you are sending it to is not a minor and/or written for the expressed purposes of sexual excitation or titillation, of someone who has pedophilic urges.

But if it goes astray or is hacked?

The shit could hit the fan.

Be careful, very careful.

I have a very early story, written years befoe I joined Lit, which features child sexual abuse. It is now only on a 5.25 inch 360k floppy floppy and needs an IBM XT and an early edition of Wordstar to translate...

Not illegal. Open to law suit if your version didn't prevail before the law, though.
