yes but most of them are personal sites and such and rightist sites that none here will accept as truth or reality. I am looking for a government page or a left site something that is credible to the Literotica family

Go here, you can search on billes proposed in US Congress and passed Congress or signed by president.

But I W 199i reference does not look like a normal referencing scheme for US Congressional proposed bills or laws

They're always prefaced by an H, S, or J.
