Larry Elder's article did a very good job of laying out all of the statistics that have been gathered on this subject. The bottom line is the statistics say that there is absolutely no statistical evidence whatsoever of what they call institutional racism as it pertains to policing in this country.

My favorite is that it more likely for a black man to be struck by lightning than to be shot by a cop while unarmed.

But the enduring Obama Legacy will be this false narrative that was created simply to scare blacks to the polls to reelect President Barack Hussein Obama.

It'll be at least a generation before the horrible toll of the Ferguson effect is quelled in the Black community. People are being shot and killed by violent criminals in black neighborhoods at a greater rate and will continue as police continue to pull back out of fear of being called racists.

But one case of voter fraud is enough for people to demand the government take action, even if said action adversely affects millions of people. The OP decries the "killing of babies" when it comes to a woman choice, but children shot in the back?

Fired ex-Balch Springs (TX) cop Roy Oliver has not only been charged with the murder of Jordan Edwards, but he's also been indicted by a Dallas County (TX) grand jury on two counts of felony aggravated assault by a public servant for brandishing a weapon after a minor traffic accident.

15-year old Edward's 16-year old brother was driving the car that fateful night; two friends were also inside. The car had been stopped by two officers - Oliver seems to have been on the passenger side of the car; Jordan Edwards was in the front passenger side seat.

For whatever reason after being stopped, the driver began driving away: that's when Oliver shot through the passenger side window, striking Jordan in the head...

...and the decided truth of that circumstance(s) (by the jury) will have more to do than anything, imwo, with whether a jury of his peers will find Oliver guilty of murder, or not.

Whatever, I can only read the reported "facts" of such matters - JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE - and deduce as objectively as I can from there. Ultimately, though, no matter if it's this case or any other, I FULLY ACCEPT THE VERDICTS EVERY JURY OF PEERS RENDERS, whether I personally - SUBJECTIVELY - agree or not.

No individual has any right to intentionally harm, let alone take the life of another individual UNLESS it is it self-defense. Under most law, for cops that unalienable self-defense entitlement extends even further to the point where all he must convince a jury of is that he was credibly in fear for his life or others - that's the LAW.

If a jury finds Oliver guilty of the murder of Jordan Edwards, I personally believe Oliver should spend the rest of his life in jail with no chance of parole (I do not personally support the death penalty) - individuals must shoulder full responsibility for their actions.

Which brings us back to socialist piece of shit women who commit and/or champion the INTENTIONAL and TORTUOUS killing of their own completely INNOCENT and totally DEFENSELESS babies simply for convenience...
