Leather or Silver Work

A while back I purchased a lovely silver bracelet with a carved bone wolf face surrounded by garnets and citrines from an artist in Bali using a free-trade service. When I ordered it I knew it was going to be rather large for my wrist, but the curvature of the centerpiece fits quite nicely against my neck. However, since it IS a bracelet, it will not reach far enough to fasten. Ideally, I would like to have it mounted to a black leather collar, possibly interchangeable between a collar and a choker, or fastened to a leather choker thin enough to wear in public. The basic idea is that it is able to be worn as both a dress collar and a day (work appropriate) collar.

So my actual question is, does anyone know anyone lifestyle-friendly who does this type of work, quite skilled (as it is irreplaceable), who would be willing to do this?

FYI, all recommendations are welcomed. Cost is not an issue if the work is high quality and the artist has good references.
