Is it possible to add .qcp to the list of files that can be uploaded to a post. those are the purevoice file format. http://www.cdmatech.com/solutions/products/purevoice.html
Remeber this is the file format I found you so we could do easy small audio files, easily converted to wav format.

and Cryptically asking Has the law yet allowed you to require the aid of the foriegner?
