Laurel, I know I've asked this before, and I certainly don't want to bug you, but --

I have five stories posted, and three in the queuee, and I'm still not in the Author Index. I'm having to give people lists when they ask me where they are.

Do you need anything from me before I make it in?

Seriously, she probably just forgot. I had to twist her arm too before I got listed in the Index. Don'tcha hate bothering her about little stuff like this? I know I do. I always wish there was some way I could just do it for her, but there never is.

Patience will take care of the problem. The author's page is automatically added to the list with the new scripts.

In the meantime, If you have a meber's profile, that is the same html file as the author's page listing. It's just linked from a different place.

If you go to one of your stories, and save the link under your name in the story, you can give that to anyone who wants to find your stories. That's the link to your author's page, which currently has to be manually linked to the author's list.

I saved Dirty Old Man's author page in a word file when my first story was posted, and cut and paste it into BB posts or E-mail as required to refer people to my stories.

Maybe I'm wrong but I thought you needed 3 stories posted before you were listed on the authors page.

Yew I find emailing Laurel to work well but be patient!

I have emailed Laurel so many times she probably wants to spank me for not waiting. ( Humm that gives me an idea for a story!! hehehe) Every time I write she gets back in a day or two and says it's going to happen in a day or two and it does. Gotta figure with a site like this that gets a half million hits a day Laurel and Manu are pretty busy but they still take time to send personal replys back! I like that.
