he just ate 3 and a half RAW potatoes they were huge and still had all the mud on them ... my mother was peeling them in the garden but she came indoors when the phone rang ... when she went back out he was still at the crime scene with a raw half eaten potatoe at his feet ... when he gets spotted after hes done something bad he go's all guilty looking too and lowers his head


hes a 3 year old german shepherd but still very much a puppy


wondering if any other people have nutty animals

some of his previous crimes/stupiditys include eating a hole in the wall (and eating the bits of plaster), turning and running into things head first ALL the time, biting his tounge loads which he insists on hanging out the side of his mouth , eating a whole bowl of plums (stones and all), ripping open a bag full of plaster and eating some of it theres probably more but i cant think of them now

hes very very stupid but very cute too i would try to get a photo for you guys sometime

my dog is the same way (well... not with eating things).. but her weirdness is being attributed to scenility due to her age


she'll walk around the house, does pretty much nothing, then wants you to pet her. just not with your hands, with your feet. if you start with your hands, she'll get up and move so only your feet can reach her. and then she wanders around the house acting like she's thirsty when she has a full bowl of water and refuses to drink it.. and the list goes on

I have nutty animals...not dogs though. I have 3 chickens who think that they are people. They are fed people food, and they stand at the door to my house begging to be let in (of course they can't come in). And I have a cockatiel who can whistle Andy Griffith, wolf whistle, and also do that old Japanese song "Sukiyaki," lol. This bird is nuts because he has an obsession with feet..when he sees bare toes he goes nuts in his cage...starts singing and trying to court the feet, lol. Yeah those are my crazy birdies =)

All of my animals are crazy. They act as if I am their bitch, to serve them at all hours of the day.

My dog is so nutty he chews on my cats, just to slobber all over them. They let him too, like he is loving them or something, when I think he is really just taking out that primal urge to have the fur of another animal in his mouth.


Fortuneatly he doesn't eat poop like some dogs do.
