Ultimately, it will depend on your girlfriend, what she finds comfortable and arousing. And what your goal is in having her wear them. Do you want her to be comfortable?

I once created a set of underwear with large beads sewn in strategic places. I found they were much more comfortable and arousing when worn for long periods of time. In my experience, large dildos and butt plugs get uncomfortable pretty quickly when you're simply going about your business.
