I know I've seen an article on this before, but I can't find it! I know there is an exercise that supposedly helps keep men harder for longer periods of time, and also increases time to orgasm. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it involved clenching a muscle between your legs (in essence); the same one you use to stop yourself from peeing (but I was told you can't do it while pissing - bad karma).
