I've read a lot of articles about multiple orgasms for men and I recon I fancy a bit of that!!:)

I believe it's all to do with building up a strong PC muscle (the one that stops you mid flow when you're taking a leak) but has anyone got any tips or advice?

Has anyone achieved it!!!?

Cheers dude, it wasn't quite what I was after but it has certainly inspired me to do some more experimenting...

I've played aroung with that sort of thing before and it's always felt nice but not amazing, I don't think I've been doing it for long enough (five minutes max probably)

Must remember to bring some latex gloves home from work

what I really need though is a nice woman who'll tie me up and have a play....

The multiples I was wondering about are (relatively) dry orgasms where the bloke controls the contactions in his cock by clenching down on the muscle as if holding in his piss mid flow.

Apparently - I read it in a magazine, must be true! although the contractions when you spurt and the sensations of orgasms come (as it were) at the same time they are actually independantly controlled and it is possible to train yourself to achieve them separately by strengthening the muscle concerned.

I believe this is what Tantric sex is based around, at least for the bloke anyway.... but who knows, should be fun learning though.

Yes, this is one of the techniques of Tantric sex. I've had partners who have done it. One in particular has been able to do it more easily with oral sex. But he doesn't practice seminal retention as a spiritual practice, he always comes at some point in each night, but he uses the techniques to increase his pleasure.

It involves separating the orgasm from the ejaculation. Most people don't realize they can occur separately, but they can. So the trick is to learn to have an orgasm WITHOUT releasing your semen. I'd recommend the book "The MultiOrgasmic Man" by Matak Chia to start. There are also sections in the book for a female partner or for two men who want to practice this together.

The book can explain it much better than I can, especially since I'd be relating it from an outsider's point of view, having no cock myself :)

I'd be more than willing to offer my cock for Orchid to experiment with.

Strictly for scientific purposes, don'tcha know.

LE got there before I could

offer up my equiptment for PO. Darn it all!

i've used this technique, but something that the book doesn'ìt mention is that ,after several dry orgasms,it's better to ejaculate, otherwise you'll damage your internal organs. That comes from a specialist's advice ,after i did descibe his technique to him.
Anyway, more than that,i found more interesting the moment when you are making love and there's only pleasure, you can go on forever without any pressure for coming, and both you and your partner become one thing;i feel myself reaching an higher level, almost like flyng.I become her and she becomes me...mmmmmmmmmmm.

For making love all night(what 's that, some kind of record? )you can also check Brabara Keesling's book," How to make love all night".There's a good training section.

Have fun,you lot.:rose:

Practice makes perfect!!

Practice, practice, practice!

Here's to hoping we never reaching the conclusion but enjoying the testing of the hypothesis!:D

Count me in! I've slowly started working on building my PC muscles, but haven't been very dedicated about it. (Same for working out ANY of my muscles...*sigh* )

I'm convinced I've orgasmed without ejaculating, though it usually happens when I'm DEEPLY satisfying my partner, stimulating her to MASSIVE, deep, and continuous orgasms. The flushes I get from doing/seeing/feeling/hearing that are at LEAST as good as cumming! (And they last longer!) I'm really glad she doesn't mind when I do that... ;)

DuckLover,

Make PC exercises a part of your routine. I do mine in the car on the way to work, it's 20 minutes each way, and I do them for about 10-15. I put a Post-It note on my steering wheel for the first two weeks to remind me (It just had a smiley face, so no one even had to know what it was for) and now it's just habit.

Thanks for the tip! That's a great idea and I'll have to try it!
