Luna had been in the world only eighteen years, she was the daughter of a very powerful witch, one who ruled over the world of darkness and everything evil. She was told one day she would take up the place of her mother, but that was something she did not care for. She hated her mother and everything her mother stood for, Luna wanted a normal life, to love and be loved in return. She was completely innocent and even more powerful then her mother. Which was part of the reason that she was in hiding from her mother and her soldiers. When Luna was only five years old she met a man a man named Kaulder.
She knew what he was she sensed it and there were rumors on the street that he was around. She met him when she was five years old, he had saved her life from a fire that took her family, and ever since then they were very good friends. She learned from him keeping who she was secret because she knew if he found out. He would kill her for being the daughter of the monster queen. But now that she was older she was falling in love with him. He was kind and tender, which was why she was so scared, scared of him hating her. She started to feel something for him at the age of sixteen but of course mentioned nothing to him.
Her time was running out she felt, she had to tell him but how he hell do you start that in a conversation. "Kaulder I have something to tell you, you know the witch queen? I am her daughter" She shook her head as she laughed to herself, saying that to him would be her death. She was trying to come up with a way to tell him, she was walking around his home when she came to a sword he had on the wall, she reached out and touched it and ended up getting a vision. She closed her eyes seeing him being hunted and killed. She opened up her eyes and knew he was in great danger.
She grabbed her jacket and took off running her black heeled boots pounding the pavement, she knew where he was hunting tonight but she would be damned if she didn't stop it. Fuck everything else she loved Kaulder and she wasn't going to let him be killed, she knew he was immortal but you can still lose the immortality an evil trick her mother would play soon enough on him. To take away the immortality, which was what was going to happen. Soon she heard loud shouts and turned the corner. She stopped running and knew what needed to be done, she noticed who was there and where.
But her mother was there as well, Kaulder had blood on the corner of his mouth and could see he had been beaten up, soon she saw her mother put her hand through his heart taking back the immortality she cursed him with. And that is when she snapped "Kaulder!" she yelled she was not going to lose him, she was more pissed then ever, took only a moment for her mother to see her and retreat laughing as she vanished. The men that held him let him go and went after her, she looked at him. Tears fell down her cheeks as she felt she was about ready to lose him.
She put her hand out and a white light glowed from her hand and a sword began to form. By the time they came at her she twirled around the sword in both hands as she began to fight the two witches. It was a horrible fight, but she fought the way Kaulder had taught her to. Moving with determination but also grace, she had taken care of one of them, but the other one much bigger and stronger. She took off running, she could hear the witch behind her, she went right for a wall and propped a foot on the wall and flipped over the witch, when her feet touched the ground, she ran the son of a bitch through the heart killing him.
Luna panted and didn't want to face Kaulder she didn't know what he would say or do, but if she was to die at least it would be by his hand and no one else. But finally, she heard foot steps behind her and she slowly got on her knees ready to be beheaded. "I never knew how to tell you Kaulder.." She looked down tears falling down her cheeks. "But I wasn't going to let her kill you"
