A friend once mentioned one calĺed The Lexi to me when I was planning a trip.Sadly trip never materlised so never investigated it.Might be worth a look.

Encore & Wynn have European pools. Moorea at Mandalay Bay is topless as well and more of a party. Shouldn't be too hard to find like minded people all over Vegas ran into an open couple while chatting going through security for a Raiders game.
