As far as I know, most don't allow touching (unless agreed upon beforehand). Best to check at the door, what goes and what doesn't.

The customer must keep his or her hands by his or her sides at all times.

The "no touch" policy posted on the wall of most clubs has nothing to do with what actually goes on. That varies widely, "YMMV" as they say. Different factors come into play: how far the dancer is willing to go in an ideal situation, any pressure or surveillance from the bouncers, how you present yourself, how much game you have, how well she knows you (are you a regular?),how much money you are willing to spend.
