I would expect greater clarity from someone who vaunts their intelligence so highly.

Whichever was the intended meaning...there is an error of logic. There is no way that sufficient information is available to the writer for any meaningful conclusions to be drawn about :- a) who is reading the thread or b) their actual levels of wit and/or intelligence.
I would expect better logic from one who vaunts their intelligence so much.

In all events....whatever the reasons to go after Lance or any other, I ask you politely to stop. This forum has suffered enough. More flame wars achieve nothing. This forum could be different if only people allowed it to be so. Why not pm anyone that you have issues with and invite them over to the GB for a scrap?

THAT is where it belongs and THAT is where you gladiators can get the cheers of the admiring throngs.....if that is what you really want.

1) Error of logic (very basic one too)....the physical size or intellectual capacity of the readers is not quantifyable or provable. Insult is therefore meaningless and says more about the writer than the readers.

2) How is "being carried away" defined ? IF it is by amount of posts in one day....particularly with little variety of topic or central theme,,,then you are by far and away in the lead.

3) Logic. If you did not care what some reader(s) think/thought then why bother posting ? It would be the equivalent of talking to yourself...with all the very interesting questions about mental stability that would be concommitant with that.

4) Logic...if you do not care, why reply? To say the very least it indicates the infantile need to have the last word. Now, having said this much I will cease....because I do not want to damage this forum with further flame wars.
