I'd probably be aroused by it, depending on my relationship with the guy, but I'm not everyone. I can imagine that some women might be a bit, or more than a bit, creeped out by that. It really depends on the person I think.

What kind of things do you and this woman talk about? And how does she know that you're attracted to her? Does she approach you for conversation, or do you mostly approach her? You've said that you're not really friends.... I'd say it's entirely situational.
