As an uncut guy, I can say that there isn't a lot of difference cause once I get hard all my foreskin pulls back and you can't tell I'm uncut anyways.

As for the head, and hand job not much difference. but the hand job is a bit easier since you can pull the foreskin up and down the head.

I'm yet to get a complaint, the women I've been with have said "I prefer it cut now" ha ha...
