This is for a friend who is needs to take some responces from women into class tomorrow.

Please give honest responses. Remember information compiled has to be turned in , no names will be posted but responces will be compiled and discusses in my presentation in a group of about 30 adults. Thanks for the help.

#2. What do women want in a career
#3. What do woman want out of their life.
#4. Who wears the pants? In the past men have usually been the larger bread winner.
In todays careers, woman have had the roles reversed.
Is the men performing the role of MR. Mom working for woman in a professional career?

hmmm ok here goes...

1. I want friendship, emotional support, companionship, honesty
2. In a career I want to be mentally stimulated, challenged, appriciated
3. Out of life: to find a balance between home and career, happiness, love
4. I'm not married, nor do I have children, I do however earn enough money to support a family. I would have no problem having the man stay at home and take care of the children if that's what he wanted to do. My career is important to me, but I think I would rather be the stay at home parent if things could be worked out that way.

I dont' anything from men other then them being responsible human beings.

Money.

I'd like to wear the pants. I'd be quite happy if I could make enough money for my SO to work part time or not at all and still live comfortably.

I've not met that many Mr. Moms but at 20 years of age I don't interact with many Ms. Moms either.

I can't answer for all women, but what I want is a best friend. Someone I can laugh with and cry with, but someone who loves me for me. Someone to support me in all I do.

#2. What do women want in a career?
I want respect and a chance to be treated equal.


#3. What do woman want out of their life?
Happiness, comfort, family, over all I want to feel complete fulfillment(sp).

#4. Who wears the pants?
I think either one can and is some cases both. I like to think that there is an equal say so.

I think it can work. It's great to see a man wanting to be part of a child's life and letting the woman be needed.

But this is all just my oppinions.

I want to be treated with respect, compassion and love. I want men to see the brain behind the face.

I want the chance to prove myself, I don't want to be treated any differently because I'm a woman.

I want to have the freedom to make my own choices.

In my house we both share the wearing of the pants. We make decisions together.

Yes for some couples this can work, for other couples it can bring up some 'non manly' feelings for the man. Men are still being raised to think of themselves as the breadwinners of the household.

1. I want emotional support, friendship, and sex.

2. I want to be challenged. I want the opportunity to grow, to learn new things, and for each day to be different (which I get from my career).

3. I want to be happy and enjoy each day. I want to be grateful for what I have. I want to live in the moment, not dwell on the past or worry about the future.

4. My husband is dominant by nature. He is the major bread winner and he is high maintainence (not saying this behind his back since he knows it and I have told him!). We do not have children and this helps since I love what I do and devote considerable time and attention to my career. He does a lot of the cooking, and he is the better cook. He is not a Mr. Mom though.
