But seriously: if you are lactose intolerant, are you also allergic to human milk?

Well yes. See milk is milk is milk. Doesn't matter what you milk it is always milk just tastes and sometimes looks different.

Lactose intolerant doesn't mean your allergic to milk it's the fats in the milk that are present in all milks, especially when your getting it straight from the source. If your only mildly lactose intolerant you can drink the 1% with just a little upset stomache.

Though there is a pill you can take that helps. I don't recall what it is called but I recall seeing an advertisement that said if you take this your lactose intolerant symptoms reduce or disapear.
